What Kind of Life Are You Trying to Build?

I've spent more than 20 years helping women

build work lives that fit real life - not the other way around.

Here's what I've learned...

Most women don’t need more pressure, more hustle, or another personality test.

They need clarity.

They need space to think.

They need practical strategies that actually fit real life.

They don't need to send out 147+ resumes into the black hole of the internet to find work that fits their lives.

And what I know for sure...

Women don’t need fixing.

Most women aren’t stuck. They’re overloaded, overthinking, and trying to make high-pressure decisions without enough clarity.

Randomly applying online and hoping someone picks you is not a career strategy.

Staying in a job can be a smart decision. Leaving can be too.

Career paths are allowed to change as life changes.

The goal isn’t a “perfect” job.

It’s work that makes sense. Work that works for you, and fits the life you want.

The work behind the work...

Over the past two decades, I’ve worked with women navigating career transitions, layoffs, re-entry into the workforce, uncertainty, burnout, and major life changes.

I’ve worked with women preparing to leave abusive situations — helping them build financial independence, education plans, and employment pathways so they could safely move forward.

Each of these experiences changed the way I see career decisions.

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all career advice.

For women, work is rarely “just a job.”

For most, there are many moving parts.

Work affects safety, stability, confidence, parenting, relationships, health, identity, and freedom.

Which is exactly why career advice that ignores real life usually falls apart.

My approach...

After 5 long years of doing a job I hated - a job that clearly didn't fit me, I decided that I would never, ever do a job that didn't work for me. I decided that I was going to listen to my own voice instead of what others wanted for me.

I decided that I wanted to help the thousands of women who feel the same, but don't know where to start or what direction would actually work for them.

So I designed a work-life where I get to help women stop spinning in circles trying to make the “perfect” career decision.

Instead, we focus on:

  • understanding what actually fits

  • identifying smart next moves

  • reducing overwhelm

  • building confidence through action

  • creating work that supports real life

No hustle culture.

No pretending work-life balance is solved with a colour-coded planner.

Just honest conversations, strategies designed to fit you and practical support.

Work Should Support Your Life...Not Compete With It.

I know what it feels like to question your direction, rethink your work life, and wonder if there’s something that fits better.

I also know, women are far more capable than they give themselves credit for.

Sometimes they don’t need someone to hand them the answer. They just need someone who can help them think clearly enough to trust themselves again.
